It’s not just the tech scene, abundant drugs and homeless population make San Francisco very distinct. What’s interesting is that very less is written or talked about these issues despite the fact that every resident or visitor in San Francisco cannot escape the epidemic of drugs and homelessness. Traveling through the length and breadth of United States across forty four states, without a doubt, I find San Francisco the most terribly managed city in the United States — A man-made calamity in this beautiful region.
